Rings are commonly used as ornaments to beautify our fingers. Rings also has very simple geometry. A number of rings can be tied together to form a chain. However, rings can also be tied together to form a very unique chain, where if any one of the rings is removed the other two rings will be automatically detached. Such a chain of three rings are called a Borromean ring. There are also examples in nature where bound systems can be formed due to the existence of three bodies. In such systems if one of the participating body is removed the other two becomes physically unbound.
