Here is an interesting healthy veg receipe.

Try mixing the following –

Potatoes
Ladies fingers
Garlic
Onions

Next cook them under pressured steam.

Then make a mesh.

You may add vegetable oil and salt to add flavor.

Finally, adding fried papad pieces can be a wise thing to do.

Have it with rice or bread.

This is easy to cook and healthy to eat.
